Krishna Contest - Goloka Shades Prize Distribution

Krishna Contest, a written contest for students from Class V to Class X, and Goloka Shades a coloring competition for students from Jr. Kg – Class IV, was conducted throughout Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar for Private and Government school children. The test was based on prescribed books dealing with the values with respect to great Personalities from the Vedic scriptures like Mahabharat, Ramayan, Srimad Bhagavatam, etc. which can be adapted in daily lives and help children become good citizens of our society. Over 13,000 students participated from more than 250 schools in Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad. Apart from Government schools, participants from private schools like DAV International, Poddar International, Kendriya Vidyalay, Tripada High School, Aavishkar International School, etc. had also contested. Cash prizes were awarded to the toppers. District Topper prize worth Rs.30,000 was awarded to 2 students Aagya Amit Nagar of D.A.V International School and Rudra Raj Dhabi of Smt. SG English School. District Runner-up Trophy worth Rs.15,000 was awarded to 2 students Tanish Jha of St. Kabir School and Yash Makwana of J.M Chaudharu English School.
